November 9th
Friendsgiving Potluck Brunch & Final Book Club:
The Simple Path to Wealth
by J.L. Collins

Meeting Type: Hybrid
Time: 10:30 am PST
Cost: $0.00

RSVP

The holiday season is just around the corner. Can you believe it?! Before we are all thrown into the swing of holiday mayhem, you are invited to some time around our WMC holiday table. Each of you are invited to bring a holiday brunch item with recipe cards to share. (It will be so yummy!!!) As always, expect great company and laughs (maybe some sweet tears... we've been known to have big feelings from time to time) as we share life, goals, and where we are at with all of it.

Additionally, we have been reading The Simple Path to Wealth by J.L. Collins this year and we will be wrapping up our book club with some final thoughts and sharing what we feel are the highlights. If you haven't been following along, that's fine! You will get to hear the Cliff Notes version (Lucky YOU!) I think our book club ladies would agree that J.L. Collins has a way of explaining the basics of investing that keeps you both engaged and entertained.

This will be our final Brunch of 2024, so don't miss out!! RSVP through the website is required. In-person space is limited, so do it now!! Those ladies joining us on Zoom grab a holiday treat to munch on and have a recipe to share in the chat. Zoom links will be sent once registration is complete.

We can't wait to see your faces!!

December (TBA)

THIS IS AN EVENT YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS!! We had so much fun last year, and we plan to have even more!

How you can get involved:

Goodie Bags- Last year, we made some pretty rad goodie bags that we handed/ tossed to the parade attendees, but we only made 200... lesson learned... 200 was not nearly enough, so this year, we plan to make 1000. YES! 1000, and we could use help getting those pulled together.

Be IN the parade- This is by far the best part!! You can ride on the truck and wave your Miss America wave or walk alongside and hand/ toss goodie bags to the kids AND ladies in attendance. You can't help but smile being a part of this!

Decorating- We will be using the same decorations from last year, but we will need help disassembling the truck of decor.

This event is special in that it puts us out in the community and lets the ladies know we are here for them. Last year, we had ladies scanning our QR code, which later resulted in them joining our group! So, while the parade is fun, it is great for outreach.

We hope all those who can attend will do so. Don't hesitate to let us know if you want to get involved.

Contact us through the website ASAP.

In what world does this make sense?!

85% of women control their family's day-to-day finances, but few influence long-term financial planning decisions

Make it rain!
